Overview
This website is operated by BERGSTEP. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to BERGSTEP. By visiting the store or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked on the store.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your location. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping login details secure.
Product Information
We aim to describe products, colours, materials, sizes, availability and prices accurately. Screen settings and natural material variation can affect appearance. We may correct errors, update information or discontinue products without notice.
Orders and Payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it for fulfilment. We may cancel or limit an order where a product is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment cannot be authorized or fraud is suspected. Prices, taxes and available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Shipping and Delivery
Processing times, delivery estimates, shipping charges, customs duties and destination restrictions are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees where delays are outside our reasonable control.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights available in your country or region.

You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activity; interfere with store security; introduce malicious code; misuse another person's information; or copy and commercially exploit store content without permission.

The BERGSTEP name, site presentation, original written content and other materials we create are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party product names and images remain the property of their respective owners.

The store uses Shopify and may link to payment, delivery, analytics, tracking or other third-party services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Information required to operate the store may be processed by Shopify and relevant service providers.
Disclaimer and Liability
We provide the store and services with reasonable care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the store. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
