Materials & Care Guide
Regular, gentle care helps comfort footwear keep its shape and appearance. Always check the material information on the product page before cleaning.
Smooth leather
Remove surface dust with a soft, dry cloth. Use a small amount of leather cleaner or conditioner made for the specific finish, test it on an inconspicuous area, and allow the footwear to dry naturally.
Suede and nubuck
Brush dry material gently with a suede brush. Avoid soaking, direct heat, and household detergents. Use a specialist suede cleaner for stubborn marks and test first.
Synthetic and water-ready materials
Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, then rinse the cloth and remove any residue. Air dry away from radiators, dryers, and prolonged direct sunlight.
Footbeds and storage
Let footwear air between wears. Keep pairs in a cool, dry place and avoid machine washing or tumble drying unless the product page specifically says otherwise.
